Returns or exchanges for valid issues reported within 24 hours will be processed without any logistics charges.
Please note: Requests submitted after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted, as the order is considered delivered and accepted in good condition. All returned or exchanged items must be unused, in original resalable condition, and include original packaging and tags.
