When will my order be delivered?

We deliver across the Maldives with safe and careful packaging to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

  • Free delivery within Malé, Hulhumalé & boats within 48 hours
  • Store pickup available at our shop in Muthee Goalhi
  • For delivery to other islands, customers are required to provide boat details, and boat charges will be borne by the customer
  • Pre-order items will be delivered based on product availability; delivery timelines will be shared directly with the customer

You will receive an order confirmation and delivery update via email or direct contact after placing your order.

Can I Return my product?

Customers are requested to inspect their order at the time of delivery.
You have the right to return or exchange the product immediately upon delivery if you notice:

  • Damage
  • Quality defects
  • Incorrect or mismatched items

Returns or exchanges for valid issues reported within 24 hours will be processed without any logistics charges.

Please note: Requests submitted after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted, as the order is considered delivered and accepted in good condition. All returned or exchanged items must be unused, in original resalable condition, and include original packaging and tags.

What can I do if my item is damaged?

If you receive a damaged item, please follow these steps within 24 hours of delivery:

  1. Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
  2. Take clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging.
  3. Contact our support team via call, email, viber, or the complaint form on our website, and provide your order details along with the photos.
  4. Our team will review your claim and guide you on the return or exchange process, free of logistics charges for valid damage claims.

Important: Claims made after 24 hours of delivery cannot be accepted.
